% 17.04.2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellant states that he would not press this appeal which has impugned the allowing of the respondents' application for revocation of the order dated 21.08.2008. However, he submits that he would request the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing and disposal of the case preferably within a period of one year. The Court is hopeful that when such a request is made, the learned Trial Court will consider it, depending upon the number of cases on its Roster. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. NAJMI WAZIRI, J APRIL 17, 2018/acm
