% 28.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 08.04.2016, the counsel and his associate has visited the office of PAO at the DRM (Account Office) but the records were not traced. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after the relevant records are procured by him.
