% 03.08.2015 IA No. 15498/2015 (under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes amicably. In para 7 of the application, it is stated that plaintiffs would not institute or press any further remedies as claimed in the suit, since disputes between the parties have been resolved. As per one of the terms of settlement, defendants have purchased three licenses of the plaintiffs' software for `22,93,478/-. This amount has already been paid.

Suit is disposed of as settled. Material seized by the Local Commissioner stands released, in terms of para 4 of the application. Since parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage, 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs.

The date fixed in the matter, that is, 18th August, 2015 is cancelled. A.K. PATHAK, J.
