CM APPL.42533/2017 By this application, the Applicant/Appellant seeks return of the amount already deposited with the Registrar General. Counsel for the Applicant submits that the dispute was settled and accordingly, the RFA was rd already disposed of on 23 August, 2017.

The Applicant seeks return of the sum of Rs.5,19,853/- along with interest that may have been accrued on the said amount as the appeal already stands disposed of. There appears to be no impediment in releasing the amount to the Applicant. Registry is directed to return the amount deposited by the Applicant in favour of the Mr. Kenneth Arun Paul within two weeks. Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
