% 03.08.2016 CS(OS) 1588/2014 Jurisdictional value of the present suit for recovery is Rs.30,26,662/-.

Vide order dated 12.01.2016, the present matter was transferred to South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015. However the same was received back in this court vide order dated 18.04.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Court. As per instructions of learned Registrar General conveyed through learned Registrar (Original), only IPR matters covered as per notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dted 28.04.2016 are to be retained in this court. Since the present suit for recovery is less than Rs. One crore value and is a non IPR matter, therefore, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 08.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
