Petitioner impugns order dated 30.09.2014 whereby eviction petition of the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that petitioner has not disclosed the alternative available accommodation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition was filed in the year 2010 and thereafter subsequent developments have taken place and further need of the petitioner has arisen. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh eviction petition.
