BAIL APPLN. 649/2018 1.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.

75/2018 registered under Sections 308/354/354(B)/506/509/34 IPC at PS Harsh Vihar. Status report not filed.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner urged to grant interim protection to enable the petitioner to take exams. He further informed that the last exam is on 03.05.2018 and, thereafter, the petitioner shall surrender.

Perusal of the file reveals that earlier vide order dated 16.03.2018 the petitioner was granted protection from arrest for appearing in exam due on 17.03.2018 and he was directed to surrender on 18.03.2018 by the Trial Court.

Since the petitioner is to appear in other subjects till 03.05.2018, he is granted interim protection from arrest till 03.05.2018.

5.

The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned IO/ SHO after 03.05.2018.
