% 02.04.2018 The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging violation of order dated November 15, 2017 in W.P. (C) 6988/2017, whereby it was directed that the representation of the petitioner dated May 11, 2017 against his suspension will be decided within four weeks. It is the submission of learned counsel for the respondent No.1, who appears on advance notice that the speaking order has been passed and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner and her counsel during the course of the day.
