District Judge, East District, Karkardoom Court Complex presided over by Mr. Sanjay Sharma, ADJ; & 2.) Probate Petition No.19/2015 "Madan Mohan Goswami vs. State of GNCT of Delhi & Ors." which is now in the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Shahadra District, Karkardoom Court Complex presided over by Mr. Sharad Gupta, ADJ. The property, which is subject matter in both the above captioned cases, is stated to be located within the territorial jurisdiction of East District of Delhi. Therefore, the above mentioned

Probate Petition is withdrawn from the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Shahadra District and made over for further proceedings in accordance with law, to the Court of Mr. Sanjay Sharma, ADJ, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex.

The transferor Court will send the file to the transferee Court after fixing appropriate date for appearance of the parties. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
