% 14.07.2015 The present appeal is directed against the order dated 13.5.2010 whereby the complaint filed by the appellant was dismissed under sub clause (4) of Section 204 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Leave to appeal against such an order, in the opinion of the Court is not maintainable.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed. The appellant, if so advised, can challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum.
