CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 05.10.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the following grounds:- a) to take care of his aged mother;

b) to see his daughters and c) on humanitarian grounds.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that petitioner had committed murder of his wife and son.

Family members of the petitioner are not in favour of his being granted parole. Daughters of the petitioner have made a statement to the police official, who had gone to make the enquiry, that they cannot take responsibility of the petitioner. Petitioner's father has

also stated that he does not have good relations with the petitioner. Petitioner had earlier filed writ petitions, being W.P. (Crl.) Nos. 926/2013 and 1304/2014, but both were dismissed as family members of the petitioner were not ready to take his responsibility and they had no control over him. Petition is dismissed.
