% 22.03.2016 Mr Aggarwal, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Crl.), invites my attention to the order dated 17.02.2016 impugned herein to urge that the petitioner has already been granted three weeks furlough by the DG (Prisons) by way of order dated 26.07.2014 and has been granted liberty to avail the same at any time. Directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, Mr Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent to be communicated to the petitioner.
