% 25.07.2018 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- a) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents to take appropriate steps towards procuring valid FIG License ID of the Petitioners;

b) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents to not to exclude the name of the Petitioners from the final select list and allow the Petitioners to participate in CWG2018:

c) issue an appropriate writ / direction / order declaring the incorporation of name of Respondent No. 5 and 6 in the final

participant list violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India."

2.

Insofar as the first prayer is concerned, this Court is informed that the same stands addressed as the petitioners have now obtained FIG License ID. Insofar as the prayers (b) and (c) are concerned, it is pointed out that the Common Wealth Games- 2018 were held in April, 2018 and the said event is over. In view of the above, the reliefs in that regard are infructuous. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of leaving all rights and contentions of the parties open.
