% 11.05.2018 Parties have settled the matter before the mediation centre and they have also executed settlement agreement dated 6.1.2018. In terms of the settlement agreement, the respondent is to pay to the petitioner a total sum of Rs. 3,80,000/- in six instalments.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.3,20,000/- has been received and a balance of Rs.60,000/- remains payable to the petitioner.

In view of the settlement agreement, the present petition is disposed of. The respondent will comply with the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

In case there is a default by the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law, including revival of the present petition. Petition stands dispose of.
