This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 9 months for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the arbitration proceeding is at the stage of final arguments.

For the said reason, issue notice to the respondent. 4.

Mr. Menon, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for delay.
