% 27.03.2017 Mr. Sandeep P. Aggarwal, learned counsel for petitioner states that after the last date of hearing, petitioner has deposited the principal sum and the date for making payment along with interest has been extended till 31st July, 2017. He further states that petitioner would like to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation with regard to the interest component. He also states that in the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision with regard to the calculation of the interest, petitioner would subsequently approach the Court.
In view of the aforesaid statement, present writ petition and application are disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as asked for. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 27, 2017 js
