This petition is filed seeking directions to respondent no.2 for regularization of service of the petitioners. 2.

The brief facts are that the petitioners joined the service in 1998 and they are continuing for the last 25 years. The petitioners earlier approached this court by filing W.P.(C) 1558/2025 and the connected matters were disposed of on 11.04.2005 with the direction that the services of the petitioners shall continue without break until the regular appointment are made by the recommendations of DSSSB. On 05.05.2023, the petitioners filed a representation before respondent no.2 for regularization of their service. Application (O.A) was disposed of vide order dated 11.12.2023, however, on a review filed by the respondents, the petitioners were permitted to withdraw the O.A. with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law taking into account that the Central Administrative Tribunal had no jurisdiction to entertain the O.A.

The grievance raised in this petition is that the representation dated 05.05.2023 filed for regularization of services has not been considered. 4.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously. 5.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to file a further detailed report if so advised within four weeks from today and the respondents shall deal with the matter expeditiously.

Needless to say that the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision.
