Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for directing the SRB to consider the case of the Petitioner for premature release.

On advance Notice, learned ASC has appeared for the State. 3.

In view of the submissions made in the Petition that the Petitioner is suffering incarceration for 16 years and 03 months, and has shown good conduct during his incarceration, directions are issued to the SRB to consider the case of the Petitioner, if eligible for the alleged relief. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
