It transpires during the course of hearing that vide order dated 06.01.2026 passed in SLP(C) 33711-33712/2025, the Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the judgment dated 01.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 792/2025 and W.P.(C) 800/2025 (of which contempt is alleged in the present proceedings).

In the circumstances, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, subject to the outcome of the proceedings in the Supreme Court.
