This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioner, who is 100% visually impaired and a student of Respondent University undergoing Post Graduate Course i.e. Masters of Arts in Hindi for allotment of single occupancy hostel room keeping in view the disability.

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that Room No. 53S, which is a single occupancy room, has been allotted to the Petitioner in the hostel and the grievance in the writ petition stands redressed. Ms. Sandhya Kohli, learned counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges this fact and does not press the writ petition. 3.
