Since disputed questions of facts are involved in this writ petition as to whether or not petitioners have or have not received their complete salaries, accordingly this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a civil suit in a competent court of jurisdiction.

Petitioners will be entitled to benefit of principle contained in Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with respect to the period the present petition remained pending in this Court.
