The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a) To call for the records of ICC proceedings and set aside the Impugned Order of penalty dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) and restore the Petitioner to the post of Senior Assistant with all consequential benefits including continuity of service etc.; and b) To set aside the recommendations of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) being in violation of Service Rules and UGC Regulations; and (c) Pass any order or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, Just and proper in the peculiar circumstance of the case in the interest of justice may also please be awarded including costs." 2.

in the instant petition, the respondents are open to reconsider the entire matter with the Internal Complaint Committee ('ICC') de novo. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order dated 11.06.2025 and all consequential action(s) stand set aside.

Respondent no.1 i.e. University of Delhi is granted liberty to conduct de novo enquiry while referring the same to the ICC. 5.

With these observations, the instant petition stands disposed of. 6.
