Detenue has joined the proceedings through videoconferencing from Police Station Sadar, Sonepat. She submits that since her family members were harassing and disturbing her, she lodged a criminal complaint against her uncle (chacha). She further submits that since her family members have now assured that they would not disturb her, she would not pursue her aforesaid criminal complaint. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since detenue is not ready and willing to return to her family, petitioner is not keen to continue with her present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
