Learned Counsel for the Petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 19.08.2019 wherein it was directed that the Award for reinstatement cannot be executed in view of the fact that the Respondent is suffering from Epilepsy and thus, is not in a position to join his duties. 2.1 This Court further directed the Petitioners to deposit the 25% of backwages amount with the Registrar General of this Court. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that on 10.10.2019, the 25% of back-wages as directed by this Court were deposited. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that so far as his challenge in the present petition is concerned, the same stands satisfied. The amounts as deposited with the Court may be released to the Workman as and when he appears in the matter.
