The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that respondent be directed to allow the application of the petitioner society to inspect its official records as maintained with the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of written instructions, submits, that in the event the petitioner files a fresh application seeking inspection of the records of the concerned society, the inspection shall be duly afforded to the petitioner. The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the above assurance, the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition stands redressed. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
