Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time is not pressing this petition with liberty to file response to the notice dated 01.02.2024 and to demonstrate before the respondents that the title of the land vests with the petitioners and the petitioners have the right to construct. 2.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3.

There is no doubt that in the eventuality of the petitioners approaching the respondents, the response shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision.
