Chopra (Retd.) to be the Arbitrator to conduct the arbitration proceedings under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre. Learned Arbitrator has sent a communication intimating his inability to continue with the arbitration proceedings. Accordingly, it is left open to Delhi International Arbitration Centre to nominate an Arbitrator as per its applicable rules and regulations.
