By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 219/2024, dated 06.11.2024, registered at P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi, under Sections 109(1)/221/132/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, Mr. Takshay, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to his right to move the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of any future application that the petitioner may file, and the same shall be considered by the appropriate Court, in accordance with law.
