The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Sections 439 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in the proceedings arising from FIR No. 290/2021 dated 13th May, 2021, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603 at P.S. Sarai Rohilla.

In this case, the trial has concluded, as the case is presently at the stage of final arguments, as confirmed by Mr. Hemant Mehla, APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer. 3.
In these circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner should await the verdict rather than seek bail at this advanced stage of the 1 "BNSS"

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with pending applications.
