By virtue of the present bail application under Section 482 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.80001532/2025 registered at PS.: Model Town under Sections 303(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). 2.

At the outset, learned APP for the State draws the attention of this Court to the Status Report to submit that a supplementary charge-sheet has since been filed and custodial interrogation of the applicant is also no longer required. In view thereof, she also submits that the applicant be granted anticipatory bail and the present application may be allowed.
