Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that no wall is being constructed by the respondent no. 2. According to her, the wall is being constructed by the Irrigation and Flood Control Department. Counsel for the petitioners is not aware as to who is constructing the wall.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
