The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:
"a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor and hold him guilty of willful, deliberate, and contumacious disobedience, thereby violating and committing contempt of (i) the terms of the settlement entered into between the Petitioner and the Respondent on 13.11.2024 before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, in MT No. 94/2021 and (ii) the solemn undertakings given by Respondent on 01.05.2025 before the Ld. Judge, Family Court,|Tis Hazari Courts and Judgment passed by Family Court on 01.05.2025 in HMA No. 1104/2025; and b) Pass any other and further orders and directions as considered fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
It is pointed out that the respondent had moved a quashing petition which has been allowed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
