The prolix petition seeks quashing of FIR No.281/2003 for offences punishable under Section 376(d)/328/506/34 IPC. 2.

Order dated August 21, 2007 admitting petitioner to bail records petitioner being admitted to bail but with reference to FIR No.437/2001, which perhaps could be a typographic error for the reason FIR No.437/2001 are for offences punishable under Section 147/148/149/302/307 IPC has been registered at PS Preet Vihar.

FIR No.281/2003 has been registered at PS Mandawali. 4.

It appears that the charge sheets filed concerning FIR No.437/2001 and FIR No.281/2003; the former at PS Preet Vihar and the latter at PS Mandawali have reached their destination. May be a conviction or acquittal W.P.(CRL) 934/2007

is not known.

Be that as it may, since none appears for the petitioner at the hearing today, the petition as well as all pending criminal miscellaneous applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.
