A Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.301/2023 under Section 506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Anand Vihar along with the Chargesheet and the consequent proceedings emanated therefrom.
