% 13.03.2019 CM No. 11809/2019 This is an application filed by the respondent no.1 / SDMC seeking correction of a date in the order dated March 18, 2016. The correction is in the 10th line of the order dated March 18, 2016 wherein a reference is made to a date of May 25, 2014.

Learned counsel for the respondent / SDMC has drawn my attention to the status report filed by the SDMC in this writ petition, more specifically

Para 3 wherein a reference is made of a sealing order dated November 25, 2014. According to him, the said date of May 25, 2014 should be read as November 25, 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent / SDMC.

In view of the above, it is made clear that the date of May 25, 2014 in the 10th line of the order dated March 18, 2016 shall be read as November 25, 2014.

The application stands disposed of.
