O R D E R

% 25.05.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits that the Arbitrator has since been appointed. In view thereof, the Interim Order dated 03.04.2018 shall continue for a further period of six weeks within which time either party shall be free to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator seeking extension / modification / vacation / variation of the said order. The Arbitrator shall decide the said application remaining uninfluenced by any observation of this Court made in the order dated 03.04.2018. I may only clarify that this order has not adjudicated the authority of the Arbitrator appointed by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms and with no order as to cost.
