The above two Petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of the Summoning Order dated 07.03.2024 passed by learned M.M, South-West District in Complaint Case No.5699/2024 and in Complaint Case No.5702/2024 respectively under Section 138 read with Section 142 of NI Act, 1881.

It is submitted that the Summoning Order has been made without application of mind and without considering the relevant facts. However, the Summoning Order is amenable to challenge by way of Revision. 5.

The Petitions are disposed of with the observations that the Petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law in Revisionnal jurisdiction and may raise all the contentions taken herein before the Revisional court.

The above two Petitions alongwith pending Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
