A Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.08/2025 dated 04.07.2025 under Section 74 of BNS registered at Police Station Rithala Metro along with the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Essentially, the Chargesheet has been filed on the allegations of assault on the woman with an intent to outrage her modesty. The Petitioner is intending to challenge the same on merits. The matter is already fixed for Arguments on Charge. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Trial Court and take all the contentions raised in the present Petition before the learned Trial Court during the arguments on Charge. 3.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
