% 11.07.2016 The matter has been taken up today vide notification no.1078/G4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016. Mr. Ajoy Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the petition. Mr. Ajoy Roy prays that the amount of Rs.25 Crores deposited in this Court pursuant to order dated 16th March, 2016 be directed to be released in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in that regard.

Let the Registry release the amount of Rs.25 Crores along with interest, if any, in favour of the petitioner through its Counsel. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
