We have been informed that the writ petition before the learned Single Judge is listed on 08.12.2025 and further that the pleadings in the writ petition are complete.

Learned senior counsel for the appellant states that the issue relating to jurisdiction of the Court needs to be decided first before proceeding to the merits of the case.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this appeal with the request to the learned Single Judge to dispose of the writ petition at the earliest. We further request the learned Single Judge that while deciding the writ petition on merits, all the issues raised by the respective parties shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 7.

The appeal along with pending application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
