It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the parties had amicably resolved and settled all their disputes. As per the memorandum of settlement dated 25.01.2018, the petitioner had agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.3,25,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his all claim.

Mr. Anil Sehgal and Mr. M.L. Pandey, Advocates, on instructions, submits that the workman/respondent has received the entire settlement amount of Rs.3,25,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts of Rs.1,25,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- from the petitioner/management. Both the learned counsel submit that nothing survives in the petition. As such, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.01.2018. The CM No.9772/2013 and CM 15294/2014 are also disposed of.

At this stage, it is submitted by Mr.Anil Sehgal and Mr. M.L. Pandey, Advocates for the respondent/workman that vide order dated 06.08.2014 the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses to the respondent/workman. They further submit that they have received litigation expenses of Rs.15,000/- by cash from the petitioner/management and the amount, if deposited by the petitioner with the Registry, may be refunded to the petitioner. 4.

Registry to take steps accordingly.
