Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the Order dated 08.12.2025, wherein the Petitioner had undertaken to withdraw the proceedings on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction.

In view of the aforesaid Order, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take such steps as may be available to him in accordance with law. 3.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
