The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- "(a) Set aside the order/ judgment dated 30.04.2025 in RC ARC no. 09/2019 titled as "SARVESH CHAND GUPTA VS. ROSHAN LAL VEDI" passed by Ld. ACJ/ARC, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi qua the eviction order passed against the Petitioners and allow the application for leave to defend filed by the petitioners before the Ld. ARC; (b) Pass such further and any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners in the interest of justice." 3.

It is pointed out that the possession of the subject premises has been taken over by the respondents in the execution proceedings. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Leave granted.
