Learned counsel for the respondents/ landlords, after handing over a copy of order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the learned Executing Court, submits that pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Executing Court dated 13.11.2025, warrants of possession for execution of the eviction order were issued and the matter was listed before the learned ACJ for appointment of bailiff on 04.12.2025. Pursuant thereto, the bailiff took the vacant and physical possession of the subject premises on 05.12.2025. As such, and since the vacant and physical possession of the subject premises has already been received by the landlords, in view of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petitions have become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein. 3.
