% 03.10.2016 Learned counsel on both sides submit that in view of office order dated 24.11.2015 as amended on 24.07.2016 issued under the signatures of the Registrar General of this Court pursuant to the directions of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, pursuant to the power conferred upon her under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and having regard to the valuation of the relief claimed (Rs.43,40,392/-) in this suit for recovery, the case is triable by the court of District Judge. The learned counsel on both sides submits that the jurisdiction fall in West District, Delhi. Thus, case is transferred to the Court of learned District Judge (West) Delhi, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with law. The parties shall appear before the said court on 10.11.2016. The learned District Judge (West) may, in his discretion, retain the matter on his Board or make it over to Additional District Judge under his control.
