O R D E R

The present petition,filed under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 2.

The learned Sole Arbitrator was appointed vide order dated 24.09.2021 by this Court in ARB.P. 664/2020.

The arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage ; final arguments have already concluded and the award stands reserved. 4.

In the circumstances, respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that an appropriate extension of time be granted to enable the learned the Sole Arbitrator to issue the arbitral award.

5.

In the circumstances, as jointly prayed, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.01.2025.

6.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
