% 07.09.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.32/2013 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 196/468/461/420/511/120B IPC against the petitioners. The complainant is present in Court with his counsel. He is identified by the Investigating Officer as well the counsel. The complainant has also produced the ID card, which has been shown to the Court and returned. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 03.07.2015, which has been placed on record. Under the settlement, the petitioner has already received the full amount of Rs.1.25 lacs. The complainant states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
