On second call, during post lunch session, also neither anyone is present on behalf of the Petitioner nor any prayer for adjournment of the matter is made on behalf of the Petitioner. Moreover, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner on last two occasions also, i.e. 17.12.2025 and 28.01.2026.

Accordingly, the Petition as well as the pending Applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.
