Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has stated that on facts mentioned in the writ petition, prayers made therein cannot be granted. He has also stated that it appears that the petitioner is not aware of the current facts and the petition has been filed without ascertaining the facts.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, without entering into the claim as put forth by the petitioner in this writ petition, we direct that the petition shall be considered as a representation by an appropriate authority of the MCD and a decision arrived at on such consideration shall be communicated to the petitioner with expedition.

The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
