% 03.08.2016 The learned counsel for the respondent states that the Arbitrator appointed has already resigned and further submits that the Court may appoint an Arbitrator.

Accordingly, Mr V.B. Arya, Advocate (Mobile No. 9810129750) is appointed as an Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. The fees of the Arbitrator shall be fixed in terms of the Schedule IV to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
